Ground-up express car wash development for Beach Club, part of an active rollout program across North Texas. RDG delivered full architecture and engineering services from site feasibility through construction documents, including entitlements, site design, and MEP coordination. The building's signature cantilevered roof and dual-canopy entry define the brand's on-site identity.
